This place was very clean and the location was perfect. The hosts were easy to communicate with. Would recommend!

For premier placement in beach haven and just steps from the beach, there is no condo that I would recommend more. It’s perfect for a couple or small group, clean, and the price is right!

LOVE the Beach Club At Pearl Street. Units are very clean, close to all and perfect for our annual off season stay. Most importantly the owners are hands on. The owners are so pleasant. She is very responsive and ensures that everything is ok throughout your stay. Highly recommend!!

Great location! 2nd fl patio was a nice place to relax, look at the beach and eat take out. Loved the kitchen with full fridge and stove top for cooking breakfast. Comfy bed and nice sized bathroom/shower. Awesome beach with shady pavillion! We really enjoyed our stay!

This is the perfect location. Steps to the beach. A very short walk to Bay Avenue, yet just far enough to be quiet at night. Condo was very clean and everything is provided that you need. Check-in and check-out was seamless and the owners are extremely responsive to any questions you may have. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location! Attentive and communicative hosts. The Unit has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Kitchen is well stocked and you are within walking distance of at least two markets to stock up on essentials. The beach is literally right outside your door and the best of beach haven is easily accessible. We really enjoyed sitting out on the little porch at night and just listening to the sounds of the ocean

This is a very charming unit that works well for a beach stay. I initially thought it was quite expensive until I saw other places our group was staying in for the same price, so for the island its a good value. It's a couple of minutes walking to the center of Beach Haven and about 1 minute to the beach, so ideal location. The hosts were great to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been loyal and committed to The Beach Club at Pearl Street for 8 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. We look forward to our summer at one of the best hotels around on LBI.

The location was perfect. Steps from the beach and walking distance to all that is Beach Haven. The hosts were great at communicating and responding. The place provided a nice quiet place, which wasn't on the main Blvd, but just steps from it. Great place to get away. The space was perfect for us (a couple).

These folks were terrific. They left a gift of champagne, a gift certificate to the local market and were more than accommodating with everything. And it's a very cute place - loved it and would certainly return here again - very good value, and we appreciated your hospitality

We love The Beach Club!! Excellent proximity to the Beach, clean, with deck to enjoy both the Bay & the Beach! We had everything we needed in our condo. The owners couldn’t be more helpful when we found ourselves in a bind with our electric car. They went above and beyond with thoughtfulness and accommodation. We’ve been to The Beach Club before and we will go back again!! Love it!

We had a great stay! The condo is exactly as pictured- the owners make sure the place is well taken care of. The owners text you when your unit is available to check in- it was very much appreciated and also check in to see if you need anything else. We cant wait to come back.

The Beach Club at Pearl Street is the perfect location! Steps from the beach and not far from restaurants. The communication was fantastic. The room was super clean, especially considering all the sand that must get tracked into the room. Towels were higher end quality (yay) not the scratchy type you find some places. The main bed was memory foam and super comfy. The pillows are memory foam too. When you pull out the sofa bed, it is hard to move around in the kitchen/dining/living area, but it was fine for us! There is space on the balcony with table and chairs, outside the room, which was really nice too. It was just the perfect place for the 3 of us - we were here in early April for a work trip, and this was the perfect little crash spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a short walk to the beach, and is located in the heart of Beach Haven, so restaurants, Murphy's Fresh Market and Veteran's Park are all in walking distance. It is nice to be able to book a stay without being confined to the typical Saturday to Saturday rental period. The unit was clean, had a nice little porch to sit outside, had great hot water and check-in was so convenient. A passcode for the door lock combination is emailed to you once the unit is ready for check-in, which in our case was in the morning! We would definitely stay again

The owners were wonderful hosts in every way! Hard working and conscientious! Super with communication from the reservation process to our check out morning! I owned a VRBO at one time, and I am still a hands on landlord, so I know they truly took pride in their work in making their guests feel welcomed!! We came into town for my nephew's wedding, so the Beach Club at Pearl Street was a great spot for our few night stay being right at the beach entrance and walking distance to the reception venue. The hotel was recently renovated with clean efficiency units and a charming beach vibe! Would recommend to anyone traveling to the Beach Haven area!!

The unit was exactly as advertised - clean, modern, comfortable, and only steps to the beach. The fast WiFi, furnished kitchen, and free use of laundry facilities are nice amenities. The owners are friendly and professional and we were very pleased with our stay overall.

The apartment was the perfect size for two with a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living space. The location could not have been better just steps away from the beach!

We just got home a little bit ago from our stay and I wanted to thank you for once again providing such a wonderful stay. I love everything about it from the decor to how clean you all keep it as well as the quiet factor. We had a wonderful stay at Beach Club on Pearl Street for our summer vacation with our two children. The condo was so clean and neat! Perfect size for our family! The owners were so accommodating and so nice from the moment we arrived! We arrived earlier and were able to get our beach passes and go right to the beach, which is steps away. The condo has a nice changing room and washers and dryers for guests available to use, private parking per unit, table and chairs on upper level with great view and great to sit and have your morning coffee. Thanks again!

My family and I have been coming here for many years. These condos are very pretty, comfortable and very close to the beach. This year, we stayed in Condo 3 which has been recently redone and is a real beauty. All of the condos are lovely, you really can't go wrong with any one of them. We love it and can't wait to come back!

We stayed here for a long weekend with our children. The location could not be better. The apartment was clean and ready early and the property team (Maureen and Tom) were friendly and helpful. It was a great weekend.

We stayed at the Beach Club 7/31-8/5/20. Our stay was wonderful as always. We have been coming to The Beach Club for many years now and Pat and Tom have become like family to us. The condos are always spotless and we have everything we need. We had no hesitation coming this year as we know all safety precautions would be taken regards to cleaning. It is a perfect location close to the beach and we love the walkability of the location to park and walk to shops, restaurants, the park, historical museum. We will be repeat customers. Thank you!
